1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and DK222 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of our website, mobile application, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, fish games, and promotional offers.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use DK222.

4. Deposits & Payments

• Minimum withdrawal amount applies — check your account dashboard for current limits.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• DK222 may request additional documentation to process large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or unverified payment methods will not be processed.

If a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to your DK222 account balance and you will be notified with the reason for rejection. Repeated failed withdrawal attempts due to unverified information may trigger an account review.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement (rollover), which must be met before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to accounts in good standing only.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully completed.

• Attempting to abuse or exploit bonuses — including using multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or reverse withdrawals — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

7. Betting Rules

DK222 offers sports betting on Cricket, Football, Esports, and other popular sports. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, DK222 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• For cricket markets specifically — including PSL, Test matches, and T20Is — match abandonment rules follow standard industry practice. A match abandoned due to weather or other external factors will typically result in stakes being refunded unless a minimum number of overs has been completed.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the bet slip.

DK222 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently in cases where we identify clear evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or data feed errors affecting market integrity.

8. Casino & Games

DK222's casino section includes live casino tables, slots, fish games, and other interactive titles. By participating in any casino or game product, you acknowledge that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable.
• Live casino games are operated in real time and results are final once the round is complete.
